Eyes are a very delicate yet much needed part of the body. In everyday life, the rituals of care, often watching something that should never be neglected: the view. The effects of too much sunlight, wind, dust and other factors keep the eyes look weary and tired. The gift of sight is the key to world knowledge, but is a gift fragile. While not all eye problems are preventable, many can be made, however, to slow the progress of diseases.
The environment in which we live, where we work, our diets, and habits can cause damage to us. It is therefore important to keep our care and improve vision. Here are some essential measures to protect vision:
Lacrimal ducts are responsible for lubricating the eye, and eye dryness is due to the fact that these channels don’t produce the required amount of lacrimal fluid. If you drink enough water throughout the day (minimum 2 liters), this problem should not occur.
Sleep restores the entire body, including the eyes and it is the best remedy for tired eyes. Sleep helps retinal membranes, allowing them to recover after a hard day of work. During the night we need at least 5 hours of sleep to rejuvenate your eyes.
When read and write, the light should fall on the object, not the eye and come from the left. If the light is not enough, the eye gets tired faster. Optimal distance between eyes and book or reading device that is 25-30 cm.

Lutein is one of the most beneficial substances to maintain eye health and improve vision. Some believe that prevents negative effects of oxidants on the retina, but in reality no one knows how it works. Lutein is found in corn, spinach and other leafy greens and vegetables.
Fish Oil Helps Eyes
Eye depends very much on the liver, which helps metabolize fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) fat you eat and maintain retinal membrane. If you deficiency of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid – which form essential Omega-3 fatty acid found in humans), conductor system that converts light energy into energy in the retina will be slowed. You can take 500 mg of DHA per day to prevent macular degeneration. There is also evidence that, omega-3 fatty acids can help in case of dry eyes.
