Drink Water

Lacrimal ducts are responsible for lubricating the eye, and eye dryness is due to the fact that these channels don’t produce the required amount of lacrimal fluid. If you drink enough water throughout the day (minimum 2 liters), this problem should not occur.

Rest

Sleep restores the entire body, including the eyes and it is the best remedy for tired eyes. Sleep helps retinal membranes, allowing them to recover after a hard day of work. During the night we need at least 5 hours of sleep to rejuvenate your eyes.
